Virtual sessions are planned for a specific time/day and are done via phone call with you. You will receive an email recap of your session.

Remote sessions are done on a planned day, but not specific time, without you, therefore not on the phone, after we have spoken and have a plan. You will receive an email recap of your session.

Both virtual and remote sessions are done via proxy, using energy and Kinesiology work. Call, text, or email me directly with questions and/or to set up an appointment and begin your journey toward peace and balance - healing from the inside out.
